LIVE WORKOUTS:

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE LIVE WORKOUT TIMES DON'T SUIT ME?

All the LIVE workouts across Chloe Compton Personal Training are accessible at any time. If you miss the LIVE session, you can go back and complete the workout once it's posted, at any time that suits you. You can revisit a workout as many times as you like, as once the LIVE session is over, the videos are permanently stored on the private Facebook group page.

 HOW DO I JOIN A LIVE WORKOUT?

About 2-3 minutes before the start time of a LIVE workout, go into Facebook and enter the private Facebook group ‘CCPT Members’. The LIVE workout should appear at the top of the page. If it doesn't appear straight away, keep refreshing the page until it does. If you are late to a LIVE workout, unfortunately you can't rewind it and start at the beginning while the LIVE workout is in progress. You will have to wait until the LIVE workout is finished and posted to the page, before you can start at the beginning.

HOW DO I SEARCH FOR A PARTICULAR WORKOUT? 

In the private Facebook group ‘CCPT Members’ there are 'topics' associated to specific workout videos. You can click on 'topics' and choose which one you would like to access ie. Low Impact Workout, Weights Workout, Abs + Core Workout. Alternatively you can use the magnifying glass search function and various filters to find what you're looking for. At all times, the 'announcements' section will host the most recent workouts of the week.

I CAN SEE CHLOE BUT CAN SHE SEE ME?

NO! Facebook LIVE means only the person/people delivering the LIVE sessions are on the screen. If you are watching the LIVE session, others may be able to see that you are 'watching' only.

 I HAVEN'T EXERCISED IN AGES / I HAVE RECENTLY HAD A BABY / I'M PREGNANT BUT WANT TO STAY ACTIVE - ARE THE LIVE WORKOUTS OR ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMS BETTER FOR ME?

In all cases, it's important that you are physically cleared by a medical professional to exercise. If you are postpartum or pregnant, it's especially important that you are cleared to exercise and seek the right advice should there be any type of exercise you shouldn't be doing or contraindications to you exercising altogether.
