Hi I’m Chloe, aka Miss CCPT. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Mum to two active children, my passion is helping busy women prioritise their health and fitness goals to become the healthiest, happiest and most confident version of themselves!


But let me start by saying that I’m not your ‘typical’ Personal Trainer! In the past I had always struggled with my weight, especially after my two pregnancies… ballooning to a massive 110kg after suffering from post-natal depression and hitting an all-time low. I tried many fad diets where I would lose weight quickly, but I would always gain it back and more! This yo-yo dieting effect took a negative toll on me both physically and mentally.

As a qualified Personal Trainer, I knew all the best advice when it came to leading a healthy lifestyle, but I struggled to apply it to my own life. Then in 2015 enough was enough!! It was finally time for me to practice what I preached and take action once and for all. No more excuses! I decided it was time to start enjoying life to the fullest again instead of being a spectator sitting on the side lines. Slowly over time I lost a substantial amount of weight by adopting healthy exercise and nutrition habits that I could maintain long-term. But my journey to health became so much more than just about losing weight – I also gained an enormous amount of self-love, self-worth and regained my confidence back. Over time I finally learnt to love myself again, from the inside out.

By sharing my journey publicly on my ‘Fat 2 Fit Journey’ Facebook page it not only helped to keep me accountable but I finally found my voice after feeling trapped under a very dark cloud for so long – I knew the knowledge I had combined with my newfound passion for leading a healthy lifestyle could also inspire, motivate and empower other women in a similar situation.


In September 2015, nine months after starting my own weight loss journey, I finally found the courage and confidence to follow my dream and ultimately my passion in life, and I started my own personal training business.

By providing both a mobile and online personal training service that’s not only affordable but easily accessible, my goal is to help busy women prioritise their health and fitness both locally and nationwide. I aim to motivate and encourage women to adopt, and most importantly maintain a way of living that helps them to become the healthiest, happiest, and most confident version of themselves.
