A 6-Week Body Transformation program designed specifically for beginners to start exercising and creating healthy habits that can be maintained long term. But don't let the name fool you... you will still get your sweat on while focusing on correct posture and technique (exercise mat and 2kg & 4kg dumbbell sets required).

Please note this is a personalised program recommended for women wanting to begin exercising, or for those who suffer from injuries and other health related problems, or for those who haven't exercised for a long time. May be performed either at home or your local gym.

All workouts are scheduled into your own training app with video demonstrations showing you how to perform each exercise correctly. Using proper form and technique helps prevent injuries and ensures you're getting the most out of your workout.

6WBT #1 includes:

  • Before / after photos (optional)

  • Fitness testing (optional)

  • Weekly weigh-in and body measurements record (optional)

  • 1 x new personalised workout per week (6 workouts in total)

  • All workouts are scheduled into your own training app

  • Clean eating meal plan plus nutritional advice

There are four different 6WBT programs to choose from, however they have been specially designed to be followed in sequence (especially if you are a beginner), progressively getting more challenging each time.
