A 6-Week Body Transformation program designed to take the basics to the next level. A fab combination of cardio, dumbbell and Swiss ball exercises to add fun and variety while focusing on core conditioning (exercise mat, 2kg & 4kg dumbbell sets, and Swiss ball required).

Please note this is a personalised program recommended for women wanting to begin exercising, or for those who suffer from injuries and other health related problems, or for those who haven't exercised for a long time. May be performed either at home or your local gym.

All workouts are scheduled into your own training app with video demonstrations showing you how to perform each exercise correctly. Using proper form and technique helps prevent injuries and ensures you're getting the most out of your workout.

6WBT #2 includes:

  • Before / after photos (optional)

  • Fitness testing (optional)

  • Weekly weigh-in and body measurements record (optional)

  • 1 x new personalised workout per week (6 workouts in total)
