A 10-Week Total Body Transformation program designed to promote small, SUSTAINABLE changes in your daily life that will become HABITS which you can healthily maintain for the rest of your life.

There are 30 unique workouts in this plan - 3 workouts per week. These workouts are a unique combination of cardio and strength training that are sure to help you burn more calories, tone muscle, and ultimately feel better about yourself. May be performed either at home or your local gym.

Equipment: Exercise mat and dumbbells - a 'light' pair (e.g. 2kg) and a 'heavier' pair (e.g. 4kg).

All workouts are scheduled into your own training app with video demonstrations showing you how to perform each exercise correctly. Using proper form and technique helps prevent injuries and ensures you're getting the most out of your workout.

10WBT includes:

  • Before / during / after photos (optional)

  • Fitness testing (optional)

  • Weekly weigh-in and body measurements record (optional)

  • 3 x new workouts per week (30 unique workouts in total)

  • All workouts are scheduled into your own training app

  • Clean eating meal plan plus nutritional advice
